OPPORTUNITY
Redesigned NakedLab’s website to address an 88% mobile bounce rate caused by poor navigation and friction on product pages. Customers struggled with small colour swatches, unclear stock for matching sets, clunky bundles, and a confusing personalisation flow.
I solved this with a mobile-first approach: larger swatches, upsell modules for matching products, an integrated personalisation field, and a simplified “mix & match” bundle builder. I also streamlined pricing states and combined variants like solids, stripes, and limited editions into single product pages, creating a smoother, more intuitive shopping experience that boosts engagement and conversions.
